During Advent this year, you will notice a progression of liturgical art in the sanctuary. All are welcome to join us for this meaningful season of waiting.
On December 9th at 9:30 a.m., we will have a Blue Christmas service during morning worship. In this service we acknowledge that this season isn’t joyful for everyone. We will create a space for the pain and grief many of us carry into the holidays, and remember those we have loved and lost. All are welcome.
On December 16th, we will have our Angel Tree Luncheon at noon in the Fellowship Hall. Brisket and Posole will be provided. Please bring your favorite dish to share. A-L bring salad or casserole. M-Z bring bread or dessert. The Puppets of the Valley will be presenting a Musical Performance, and a Special Visitor will join the party.
On December 23rd during worship at 9:30, we will reflect on Mary’s story from Luke 1. Come and be inspired her courage and willingness to believe that there would be a fulfillment of what the Lord had spoken to her.
